Salisbury's local cycling club

'The Salisbury Road Club was formed by a few enthusiasts on the cycle track at Victoria Park in early August 1936.  One of the founder members, Joe Jones Snr, is still an active member of the club. Each year the club promotes a series of time trials in the area, as well as an audax event, a cyclo-sportive event and club runs throughout the summer on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.  The Salisbury Road Club is a small, but friendly club and all are welcome.  For further details contact the club via its website or through Stonehenge Cycles in Salisbury.'
